Access

Disabled Access

Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have three parking spaces outside the practice which are reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

The surgery can be used by wheelchair users and there is no need to use lifts or ramps as the entire surgery is at ground level.

For patients with hearing problems, we have a loop system installed. Interpretation and translation services are available for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know in advance if someone needs this service and we will arrange an interpreter.  This could take up to two weeks.

Parking

There is patient parking  at the front of the practice building.  If the front car park is full, please use the additional parking on Glapthorn Road and at the back of Fletton House.
