Thursday 6 February is Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day is the UK's biggest event to encourage people to talk about mental health.

It's a day for everyone to talk, listen, and support each other. This year, Time to Talk Day will be on Thursday 6 February 2025. The goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable talking about mental health and help break down the stigma.

How can you get involved?

  • Talk to someone: Start a conversation with a friend, family member, or colleague about mental health.
  • Share on social media: Post something to encourage others to talk.
  • Text or call a friend: Ask how they're doing and check in.
  • Join an event: Some places will be hosting events, like group talks or lunch sessions, where you can discuss mental health.
