Thursday 6 February is Time to Talk Day
Time to Talk Day is the UK's biggest event to encourage people to talk about mental health.
It's a day for everyone to talk, listen, and support each other. This year, Time to Talk Day will be on Thursday 6 February 2025. The goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable talking about mental health and help break down the stigma.
