Take a break from alcohol

If you're back at work and already dreaming of another holiday, perhaps it's a good time to try a break from alcohol. 

You could sign up to Dry January. Dry January isn't about quitting drinking forever; it's a chance to think about how much you drink and give your body a well-deserved rest after the festive season. 

Last year, 215,000 people in the UK joined the Dry January challenge organised by Alcohol Change UK. Those who signed up previously said they felt better both physically and mentally, lost some holiday weight, and saved money too.
